About Subscription Tickets

Each season, The Richmond Forum produces a series of five nationally-recognized programs at Richmond’s historic Landmark Theater. The only way to guarantee your seat is to become a season subscriber.

Season subscribers enjoy the following benefits:

• Guaranteed Seating--subscribers have a reserved seat for each program.
• Season Savings--save up to 30% off the cost of buying tickets to individual programs.
• Priority Seating--As a subscriber, you will be given the first opportunity to renew or improve your seats each season.
• Ticket Donation--If you are unable to attend any program(s) during the season, you may donate your tickets to The Richmond Forum for a tax credit.

How to Become a Subscriber

• The 2010-2011 season lineup will be announced on March 6, 2010 at the Steve Forbes program. Current subscribers will have first chance to renew their subscriptions for next season.
• Available subscriptions for the 2010-2011 season will go on sale to the public on May 3, 2010.
• Join our e-mail list to receive the announcement of next season’s speakers and to be notified when new subscriptions go on sale.
• Seat location confirmation postcards will be mailed to subscribers in June 2010.
• Season tickets will be mailed to subscribers the first week of October 2010.

Subscription Renewal

• Subscription renewal packets for the 2010-2011 season will be mailed to current subscribers the week of March 8, 2010.
• Subscribers will be guaranteed their same seats if we receive their renewal by the stated deadline. Seat improvement requests submitted with renewals will be honored whenever possible.
• Seat location confirmation postcards will be mailed to subscribers in June 2010.
• Season tickets will be mailed to subscribers the first week of October 2010.

Policies

• The Richmond Forum accepts Visa, Mastercard, and checks.
• All subscription sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Programs, dates, and times are subject to change.
• No tickets are sold at the theater on the night of the event.
