How to join us for the LIVE ONLINE PROGRAM on Saturday, January 16th (Registration Required):
Before each program this season, every subscriber and sponsor will receive a unique registration link for the live event. This link will be emailed to the primary email address on your subscription account and will be available in our Subscriber Portal.
Please use that link to register in advance of the program so you’ll be all set when we go live on Forum night. When you register for your first program, you’ll be asked to create a username and password, which you will then use to register for each subsequent program this season. If you registered for our November Forum with José Andrés, just use the same email address and password from that program to register for this one.
The Forum is charged a fee by the livestreaming service for each registration, so please only register if you plan to join us LIVE on the evening of January 16th. If you prefer to watch the recording of the program afterwards (see below), you do not need to register. And only one registration is needed for multiple members of a household who intend to watch the live program together.
You may share your registration link with anyone who is included on your subscription but doesn’t live in your household. Just as it’s up to you to distribute physical theater tickets to others on your subscription during a normal season, it is your responsibility to share each program’s registration link with these folks this season. Just forward your registration email and they will be able to use the same link to register. We’ve also added a feature in the Subscriber Portal which enables you to easily forward all the details to your guests before each program.
Your unique link will not permit more registrations than the number of people included on your subscription. Please remember that sharing your registration link with anyone who is not on your subscription is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and our agreement with our speakers.
Once you have registered, you will receive reminder emails the day before the program, and one hour before the program begins.
Desktop Browsers: For the best experience, view the live program on your computer using your updated Google Chrome or Firefox browser. Safari and Explorer desktop browsers are not supported.
Tablets and Phones: The desktop experience is preferred, but you may also join the live event from your Android device using Google Chrome, or from your Apple iOS device (iPad or iPhone) using Safari. No special app is needed.
TV: Viewing the live program on a television is an option for subscribers who are set up to do so. There are many different hardware and software configurations for streaming from a web browser to a television, mirroring your desktop, or streaming directly via a Smart TV browser. Given the many variables, we are not able to provide individual or universal guidance.
How to watch a RECORDING OF THE PROGRAM (No Registration Required):
If you prefer to watch the program at your leisure, or simply want to watch the program a second time, a private program recording will be made available to our subscribers for at least five days following the event. (For this program, we have secured permission for the recording to be available through January 24, 2021.) Once the recording is ready, we will automatically email a private link to the primary email address on your subscription account. The recording will also be accessible via the Subscriber Portal.
As with the live registration link above, you may not share the login information for the program recording with anyone not on your subscription.
